How Stagaard Clinic processes your personal data, and what rights you have.

When you complete a form on the website (booking request, membership, contact or newsletter), we collect the information you give us - typically name, email, phone number and your message. In connection with treatment at the clinic, we also collect and store the health information necessary for safe treatment and legally required record-keeping.
We store your information for as long as it is necessary for the purpose. Enquiries are deleted once they have been answered and are no longer relevant.
Patient records are kept for the period required by law. Newsletter signups are kept until you unsubscribe.
We never sell your information. We only share it with data processors who help us run the clinic (such as booking and email systems), and only to the extent necessary, as well as where we are required to by law.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your information, the right to data portability, and the right to object. If you have given consent, you can always withdraw it.
Contact us if you wish to exercise your rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
The website uses only technical cookies necessary for the site to function. If we use statistics or marketing cookies, we obtain your consent first.
